Mission Details

Coordinate, administer, and supervise the general services at the Actual León Plant, including cleaning, cafeteria, office maintenance, and visitor management, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and Arkema/Bostik corporate standards and guidelines.

Manage the resources, supplies, and materials required for office operations, ensuring their availability, efficient use, and budgetary control.

Provide administrative and logistical support by coordinating business travel, events, purchasing activities, customer and supplier interactions, visitor services, and the safe transportation of employees.

Contribute to business continuity, employee satisfaction, and the proper operation and maintenance of the Nuevo León Plant facilities by ensuring that general and administrative services are delivered efficiently and in accordance with company standards.

Required Profile

Minimum Years of Experience

3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
