Your role
- Lead the design, development, integration, validation, and release of automotive systems and components.
- Define technical requirements and develop solutions that meet performance, quality, cost, and timing objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Manage engineering documentation, risk assessments, validation activities, and design changes.
- Drive innovation, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and product launch support.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards,



manufacturing requirements, and customer expectations.

Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in automotive product design, development, validation, and release processes.
- Knowledge of CAD tools (NX, CATIA), Teamcenter, DFMEA, DVP&R;, GD&T;, FEA, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Understanding of automotive electrical/electronic systems, vehicle architectures, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and supplier management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and advanced English proficiency.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments and manage multiple priorities.
