Customer Service & Planning Supervisor

Located in ZAPOPAN

Your responsibilities
- Processing of Customer Orders
- Processing of Customer and Intercompany Deliveries (in case if needed)
- Processing of Customer and Intercompany Invoices
- Analyzing Customer Forecast and Customer Orders
- Analyse production planning and detect constraints in process.
- Follow up with Production Planning / Buffer Management to meet Customer Due Date
- Coordinate month end /year end closing activities with Finance
- Processing of ramp up scenarios for new Customer Projects
- Follow up on Internal Project to meet Customer Requirements
- Follow up on Logistics requirement of IEE’s Customers (Platforms)

Your profile
- 5 years of experience at least in the position
- Lead the customer service team
- SAP/R3 knowledge in the modules SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Material Management) are considered assets
- Knowledge of production planning
- Fluency in English is required.
