Your Impact

In this senior-level role, you will define the structural test roadmap that underpins Cisco’s integral supply chain. You will be responsible for the architectural integrity of our In-Circuit Test (ICT) and Flying Probe operations, driving strategies that optimize test coverage, improve cycle times, and ensure process consistency at our partner sites. Your impact extends beyond daily manufacturing support; you will influence build decisions at the pre-layout stage,



mentor internal test engineers, and lead large-scale project implementations. Your expertise will be the primary link between the Cisco ICT Central team and our global contract manufacturers, ensuring our manufacturing processes are scalable, automated, and aligned with corporate revenue and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Governance: Act as the technical lead for manufacturing test processes, coordinating technical quality metrics, systemic defect resolution, and sustaining product integrity across multiple global sites.
- Design Influence: Represent structural test in high-level design reviews, setting DfT standards and negotiating probe access and coverage requirements to reduce risk in NPI and production.
