Are you driven to solve technical challenges and provide outstanding customer support? We’re looking for a Desktop Support Analyst II who enjoys hands-on technical work, supporting end users, and keeping technology running smoothly on-site.

This is a hands-on, on-site IT support position located within a large manufacturing environment in Santa Catarina, Actual León. You will provide direct technical support to employees across different departments, troubleshooting and repairing computers, hardware, software, peripherals, and other IT systems used throughout the facility.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for IT support professionals who enjoy hands-on troubleshooting, hardware support, and direct interaction with end users. The primary focus of the role is maintaining and supporting workplace technology, resolving technical issues, and ensuring employees have the tools they need to be successful in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
