Job Description:

The Offer Commercialization Program Manager supports the New Offer Introduction (NOI) program by facilitating Pan-HPE stakeholder engagement, managing governance forums, driving agenda and action item execution,



and coordinating delivery against established Objectives & Key Results (OKRs). Success in this role requires strong program management, organizational, and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex business, process, and system concepts into clear executive-level presentations, communications, and actionable plans. The role drives commercialization excellence through structured governance, cross-functional alignment, roadmap management, operational readiness, and continuous process improvement.

How you will make your mark:
- Own and maintain offer and release data governance standards across the commercialization lifecycle.
- Govern phase checklist data quality, completeness, and compliance to ensure offer readiness.
- Create, maintain, and distribute Offer Release milestone artifacts.
