Head of Marketing
Description
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and leading the company’s overall Marketing strategy in Mexico, ensuring strong brand positioning, business growth, and alignment with commercial objectives.

This position will lead and coordinate the Digital Marketing, Media, Events & Activations, and Dealer Marketing functions, developing integrated 360° strategies across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company’s overall Marketing strategy for the Mexican market.

Lead and develop the Digital Marketing, Media, Events & Activations, and Dealer Marketing teams.

Define the annual Marketing plan, priorities, budget, and KPIs.

Develop strategies for brand positioning, awareness, consideration, and customer engagement.

Lead integrated 360° Marketing campaigns, combining digital, traditional media, events, activations, and dealer marketing.

Develop and oversee the Media Planning & Buying strategy, optimizing investment, reach, and campaign performance.

Lead the Digital Marketing strategy,



including performance marketing, social media, SEM, CRM, content, and lead generation.

Develop and implement Dealer Marketing strategies to increase dealer traffic, leads, customer engagement, and sales.

Lead the planning and execution of events, product launches, exhibitions, brand activations, and customer experiences.

Establish Marketing guidelines, tools, and best practices for the dealer network.

Define and monitor Marketing KPIs, including ROI, ROAS, CPL, CAC, conversion rate, traffic, leads, and sales contribution.

Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.

Manage relationships with creative, digital, media, PR, event, and other external agencies.

Manage and optimize the Marketing budget to maximize business impact.
