We are looking for a talented MANUFACTURING ENGINEER JUNIOR (12-MONTH CONTRACT) to join our MANUFACTURING team at our global company, located in CIUDAD JUAREZ, CHIHUAHUA, MÉXICO.

Location: Blvd. Juan Pablo II 1951, Cdad. Rio Bravo, C . Río Bravo, 32550 Juárez, Chih.

Work Modality: 100% On-site

Job Summary:

Contributes to the planning, design, procurement, and implementation of changes to manufacturing equipment, processes, and systems, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, productivity, and business requirements.

Participates in manufacturing and continuous improvement projects, collaborating with internal and external teams to develop and implement solutions that optimize processes, equipment, and work methods.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

1. Manufacturing and Process Engineering
- Support the planning, design,



and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, productivity, and product requirements.
- Apply manufacturing engineering principles and practices to improve equipment, processes, and work methods.
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Contribute to the development and standardization of work methods, procedures, and manufacturing standards.
- Analyze processes, equipment, and performance using digital tools and engineering methodologies to support data-driven decision-making.
- Participate in continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives to reduce costs and improve process quality and efficiency.

2. Projects and Implementation
- Participate in projects involving the implementation or modification of manufacturing processes and equipment.
