Key Responsibilities:
Asset Class & Project Support: Actively support implementations, upgrades, and client operations while being comfortable with at least one asset class (e.g., Commodities, FXO, Fixed Income).
Front-Office & Trading Expertise: Utilize FO experience on financial derivatives and Murex software to drive build and validation phases ?.
Platform Support: Deliver high-quality support for market data management, pricing, and structuring complex financial products (FX derivatives, interest rate derivatives, Fixed Income, etc.).




Testing & Troubleshooting: Develop test cases to troubleshoot the system and document defective use cases for developer fixes ?.

Mandatory Requirements:
Murex Experience: 3+ years of total experience with Murex (including 2+ years specifically working with Murex on Trading or FO support/projects) ⚙️.
Business Analysis: 2–4 years of experience in financial markets / IT business analysis.
Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of IRD, CRD, COM, EQD, FXD, and FXMM.
Technical Toolkit: Strong skills in SQL, Unix, Scripting, Sybase, and Oracle ?.
Soft Skills: Strong personality, logical and analytical mindset, detail-oriented, quick learner, self-starter, and organized with great communication skills.

Hours & Time Zone: EST hours.
Work Location & Model: Hybrid/onsite requirement. Mexico City
Office Attendance: 3 days per week ?.
