Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Hanoi for a highly motivated Rust Developer. The role includes designing, developing, and maintaining software applications utilizing the Rust programming language. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, implement, and optimize solutions. Responsibilities

Design and develop high-performance, reliable Rust applications
Collaborate with product and engineering teams on architecture decisions
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers Requirements
3+ years of experience with Rust programming
Strong understanding of systems programming concepts
Experience with async/await patterns in Rust
Familiarity with tokio, actix-web, or similar frameworks
