About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex residential construction projects across our three brands. The adecuado candidate will bring proven US construction experience, strong technical knowledge, and exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish to effectively manage diverse stakeholders, schedules, and resources.

Summary:

The Construction Project Manager will oversee multiple residential construction projects from initiation to completion,



ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets. This role requires someone who can effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders, solve complex problems, and maintain excellent communication across English and Spanish-speaking teams, all while working remote.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management and Execution
- Lead the planning and budgeting efforts of multiple residential construction projects simultaneously
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera and MS Project
- Work with the field team, as needed, to coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Work with the estimation team to monitor project budgets and identify/resolve potential cost overruns
- Coordinate with the field superintendent while providing remote support
