Role Purpose

As Senior Specialist - Project Management at Accelya, you will lead complex projects, managing senior stakeholder relationships and applying expert project management skills to ensure outstanding delivery outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead complex, multi-workstream projects, managing senior stakeholder relationships and applying expert project governance
Apply advanced risk management, change control and financial management practices to ensure project delivery integrity




Use AI-enhanced project management tools for sophisticated portfolio analytics, resource optimisation and predictive risk identification
Use generative AI (Claude, ChatGPT or equivalent, Copilot) for executive-quality project reporting, business case documentation and stakeholder communication
Lead project post-mortems, producing actionable lessons learned that improve the project management community's capability
Mentor junior project managers, sharing expertise in governance, stakeholder management and delivery methodology
Represent project management best practices across the organisation, contributing to PM community of practice

Required Experience & Skills

5–7 years of senior project management experience, including complex multi-workstream delivery
Expert PM skills including advanced risk management and financial control
Experience with AI-enhanced project management tools
Strong leadership and executive communication skills
Bachelor'
