WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will work across key stakeholders of brand marketing, comms and GEO from an internal perspective to foster communication, alignment and activation purposes, but also with external stakeholders such as athletes, agents and key partners from fitness industry to re-shape our athlete portfolio boosting activation and securing the best assets that can bring our strategies to life.



You will report directly to the Sports Marketing director for Latam.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Someone who is passionate about sport and deeply connected to the Running and Training landscape in Mexico, with a strong understanding of athletes, communities, coaches, creators and the cultural forces shaping these sports.

Strong relationship builder and hands-on operator who can quickly step into the role, build trust with internal and external partners, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This person combines strategic thinking with strong execution, understands how to identify and develop athlete and talent opportunities, and knows how to connect Sports Marketing assets to broader brand and business priorities.
- 5+ years of experience in Sports Marketing, Athlete Marketing, Talent Management, Brand Marketing or a related field..
