About the Role

The Call Center Sales and Service Agent acts as a gift specialist who delivers exceptional sales and service experiences for our gourmet cookie company. This role manages inbound and outbound calls, emails, texts, and chats, helping customers select meaningful gifts, resolve concerns, and feel genuinely cared for. You’ll represent our brand with warmth, professionalism, and a smile in your voice.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Gift Consultation
- Recommend cookie gifts for birthdays, holidays, corporate events, sympathy occasions, and special celebrations.
- Use consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and present the best gifting options.
- Promote seasonal products, limited‑edition flavors, and upsell opportunities when appropriate.
- Use critical thinking and active listening to engage in conversational selling.

Customer Service Excellence
- Provide friendly, accurate, and timely support across phone, email, text, and chat.




- Resolve issues related to orders, shipping, product quality, and delivery with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain a brand‑aligned tone that reflects warmth, hospitality, and delight.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful follow up as needed.

Order Processing & Accuracy
- Enter and update orders with precision, ensuring correct delivery dates, addresses, and gift messages.
- Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.

Outbound Communication
- Conduct follow‑up calls, reach out to warm leads, and proactively connect with customers to confirm details or offer additional gifting solutions.

Documentation & Workflow
- Record all interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Follow established processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
