In this position, you will coordinate transportation activities, support import and export operations, and work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and reliable logistics solutions. How you create impact

Deliver an exceptional customer experience across road logistics operations.
Coordinate and monitor domestic and cross-border shipments from start to finish.




Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and solutions.
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure service quality and on-time execution.
Proactively manage issues and help minimize disruptions in the supply chain.
Support business growth by building strong and trusted customer relationships.

What we would like you to bring

Experience in logistics, transportation, import/export, or logistics customer service.
Understanding of road freight operations and shipment coordination.
Confidence communicating with customers and internal stakeholders in English and Spanish.
A positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and customer focus.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and operational needs.
