Role
The Welcome Team Agent is responsible for providing warm, discreet, and highly personalized service to guests from arrival through departure, ensuring an exceptional experience in keeping with ultra-luxury hospitality standards. The role begins with creating a thoughtful and effortless arrival, welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, escorting them to their accommodations, and providing guidance on the resort’s services and amenities. Every interaction should reflect genuine hospitality, professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
As an ambassador of the resort,
the Welcome Team Agent anticipates and responds to guest needs, assists with special requests, coordinates transportation, delivers correspondence and packages, and maintains seamless communication with Front of the House and other departments. Through a calm, attentive, and service-oriented presence, this role plays an essential part in creating flawless first and lasting impressions, ensuring that every guest feels genuinely welcomed, cared for, and valued throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
Create a warm, personalized, and effortless arrival experience, welcoming every guest with genuine hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Receive, handle, transport, and deliver guest luggage with care, efficiency, and discretion, ensuring proper identification and timely delivery.
Accompany and escort guests to their villas, rooms, or designated areas, providing clear and personalized guidance regarding the resort’s facilities, service
