Job Summary

Contributes to the planning, designing, purchasing,and implementation of changes to the manufacturing equipment and systems while contributing to teams.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, with the ability to interpret, review, open, measure, and modify engineering drawings.
Experience supporting new line development and implementation, including workstation and process design.
Experience developing and updating standard work instructions and documentation.
Knowledge of safety, quality, ergonomics, and efficiency requirements within manufacturing environments.
Experience with workstation design and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong project management and follow-up skills, including tracking part numbers, materials, tooling, lubricants, and other production requirements.
Ability to coordinate and follow up with internal customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
Strong operational understanding of Value Stream Mapping (VSM), including material flow, process flow, quality points, inputs/outputs,



and value-added activities.
Ability to identify opportunities for improvement through Ishikawa, Pareto, 5 Why, VSM, and other Lean Manufacturing tools.
Experience translating process analysis into Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects.
Proactive, analytical, and hands-on approach to identifying and solving manufacturing issues.
Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing/production environment and collaborate closely with operations.
Experience in forging and machining is a plus
Advanced English.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering or related.
Strong experience in machining, demonstrating history in technical problem solving and quality decision-making with customer focus.
