, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project documentation for our industrial construction initiatives. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all documents are properly controlled, archived, and accessible to project stakeholders while maintaining compliance with industry standards and organizational procedures.
- Receive, review, and organize all project documents including drawings, specifications, permits, contracts, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date document control logs and databases
- Implement and enforce document management procedures and version control protocols
- Distribute documents to appropriate project team members and stakeholders in a timely manner
- Create and maintain comprehensive document filing systems, both physical and digital
