About the Role

The Project Management, Investments & Innovation Projects Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the execution and coordination of technical projects within the Technical Direction and Digital Transformation teams. This role ensures project alignment with the Innovation MRO roadmap and digital transformation strategy, fostering clear communication across departments and providing guidance in project management and governance to project pilots, including risk identification and management of scope.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of projects including those within digital transformation, innovation initiatives across the MRO network
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering and management teams, ensuring efficiency, compliance with deadlines, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement




- Handle risk provision and manage risk reduction and opportunity optimization plans
- Oversee budget control, monitoring CapEx and OpEx expenditures to ensure alignment with annual forecasts, and identify new opportunities for investment and asset optimization within the department
- Responsible for supervising and lead all the functional representatives needed for the assigned projects

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advance English skills
- At least 3 years of experience in planning or managing projects, as well as the ability to develop, lead, motivate working teams

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
