About the Role

This role is responsible for managing the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resource function, focusing on Compensation & Benefits, Recruiting, and HR Administration. The position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of HR processes and compliance with employment laws, contributing to the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and administer various Human Resources plans and procedures for all personnel.
- Plan, organize, and control all activities of the department.
- Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Implement and update the compensation program; review job descriptions and make recommendations as necessary.
- Conduct recruitment efforts for all exempt, nonexempt, and temporary workers.
- Establish and maintain department records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.




- Develop and manage departmental budgets.
- Administer and manage employee incentive programs.
- Participate in the Quality Management System and environmental management system requirements.
- Promote teamwork and risk-based thinking for process improvement.
- Ensure the identification of environmental aspects in areas of responsibility.
- Authority to stop or cancel any process that does not comply with organizational requirements.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Basic knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Experience in salary and benefit administration.
- Proficiency in talent acquisition processes.
- Understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Expertise in Mexico Labor Law.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent relationship management and ethical practice skills.
