We are seeking an experienced
Quality Assurance Manager
to lead and continuously improve our Quality and Food Safety Management Systems in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, customer requirements, and certification standards while driving a culture of quality excellence across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in food manufacturing, strong leadership capabilities, and deep knowledge of food safety programs, quality systems, regulatory compliance, and audit management.





Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all Quality Assurance and Food Safety programs across manufacturing operations.
- Maintain and improve Quality Management Systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer, and certification requirements.
- Serve as the HACCP Team Leader and oversee food safety risk assessments, preventive controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead BRCGS certification activities, audits, corrective action plans, and ongoing compliance efforts.
- Manage internal, customer, supplier, regulatory, and third-party audits.
- Develop, implement, and monitor CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) programs, including root cause analysis and effectiveness verification.
- Oversee quality processes including document control, non-conformances, deviations, consumer complaints, and internal audit programs.
