Our client is seeking a consultant to design and lead a multi-month team-effectiveness journey for a senior leadership team of approximately 10 executives. The objective is to strengthen trust, cohesion, and overall team effectiveness and help the group progress toward becoming a high-performing leadership team.

The engagement is expected to begin with an assessment of current team dynamics and evolve into a structured development journey rather than a single workshop. The consultant may use individual and team assessments, executive coaching, virtual sessions, targeted interventions, and periodic in-person leadership-team workshops.

We are looking for someone who can quickly identify the most important team dynamics, communicate directly and concisely, challenge senior executives when appropriate, and translate diagnostics into practical interventions.

The client is considering Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team but is open to other established team-effectiveness methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess current leadership-team dynamics, including trust, cohesion,



accountability, and collaboration
- Design a multi-month team-effectiveness and leadership-development journey
- Recommend appropriate team diagnostics, assessments, and development frameworks
- Facilitate in-person and virtual senior leadership-team sessions
- Conduct individual executive coaching or 1:1 sessions as appropriate
- Design and lead targeted interventions based on identified team dynamics
- Help the leadership team build stronger trust and progress toward high-performance behaviors
- Adapt the approach over the course of the engagement based on team progress and feedback

- Experience designing and leading team-effectiveness or high-performance-team programs for senior leadership teams
- Experience with team diagnostics, leadership assessments, and executive coaching
