As an
AP Research Manager
, you'll do much more than resolve Accounts Payable issues—you'll lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for investigating and resolving complex supplier inquiries, invoice and payment exceptions, vendor account discrepancies, and escalated AP issues.

Beyond solving individual cases, you'll identify recurring challenges, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions that strengthen Procure-to-Pay performance and improve the supplier experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of AP Research Analysts, driving performance, accountability, customer service, and professional growth.

• Oversee supplier support and escalation processes, ensuring complex inquiries are investigated and resolved accurately and within established service levels.

• Investigate and resolve complex invoice and payment exceptions, including blocked invoices, short payments, missing payments, duplicate payments, credit memos, and vendor account balance issues.
