Workday Benefits Integration Analyst Nearshore

Immediate hire for a Workday Benefits Integration Analyst to support company with open enrollment. Manage and support benefit vendor integrations
in
Workday, including existing carrier feeds and new vendor integrations coming online. Provide hands on support for Open Enrollment, including testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution as elections and eligibility flow between Workday and downstream vendors. Lead the decommissioning of outgoing benefit vendor integrations tied to plan and carrier changes. Build, test, and maintain integrations using Workday's Benefits SKU tools, including Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors. Triage and resolve BAT tickets related to benefits integrations that have been queued during the staffing gap. Support other Workday HCM integration tickets as they come in across Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding, Absence, Talent, Core HCM, Employee Relations, and Workday Help. Document integration logic, known issues,



and configuration decisions so the work can transition cleanly to companies longer term support model.

Requirements:
- Experience with Workday Benefits SKU and its configuration
- Experience building and
maintaining benefit vendor integrations, using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
- Experience supporting an Open Enrollment cycle end to end, including testing and
issue triage
- Comfortable working independently and picking up existing integration logic
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working under pressure and meeting deadlines

- Experience supporting
AbsenceSoft integrations
