Job description:

XLNC Builder LLC is looking for a sharp, persuasive Closer who thrives on the phone and knows how to turn a cold or warm lead into a confirmed in-person appointment. You'll be the first voice our customers hear — building trust fast, creating urgency, and getting people excited to sit down with our team.

What You'll Own
- Call new and existing leads daily to engage, qualify, and build rapport
- Confidently explain our services (ADUs, remodels, kitchens, bathrooms, landscaping) enough to spark real interest
- Overcome objections and handle pushback with confidence — you don't take "no" as a final answer
- Schedule and confirm in-person appointments/consultations for the sales and design team
- Follow up consistently with leads who don't book right away — persistence is key
- Keep accurate records of calls, lead status, and appointment outcomes in the CRM
- Hit daily/weekly call volume and appointment-setting targets
- Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads smoothly

What Makes You a Fit
- Proven experience in phone sales, telemarketing,



appointment setting, or a closer-type role
- Excellent communication skills — confident, energetic, and comfortable talking to strangers all day
- Naturally persuasive with strong objection-handling and negotiation instincts
- Comfortable with a high-call-volume, target-driven environment
- Organized and reliable — follows up when you say you will
- Experience in construction, home improvement, real estate, or similar industries is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
