Our client is a growing digital marketing agency that partners with businesses across different industries to develop strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
They are looking for a strategic and hands-on Social Media Manager who can manage multiple client accounts, develop organic social strategies, create engaging content, and communicate directly with clients.

The idóneo candidate is more than a content scheduler—they understand why content works, how to position a brand on social media, and how to identify opportunities for growth.
You will be responsible for managing organic social media across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, developing content strategies, planning and scheduling content in advance, optimizing profiles, monitoring competitors, engaging with audiences, and providing actionable recommendations based on performance and trends.
This is a client-facing role,



so strong English communication, professionalism, and the ability to confidently explain your strategy are essential.

Develop and execute organic social media strategies for multiple client accounts.
Build content calendars and plan content at least two weeks in advance.
Create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Develop content themes, messaging, and platform-specific strategies.
Write engaging, brand-appropriate copy for different types of social content.
Design and edit social media assets using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Lightroom.
Optimize social media profiles, including bios, messaging, and overall brand positioning.
Identify ways for client brands to differentiate themselves from competitors.
Monitor audience engagement and respond appropriately to comments, questions, and customer-generated content.
