Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and highly qualified Academic Coordinator of English to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of English language education. Your primary focus will be leading our teaching staff, developing innovative educational resources, and monitoring student language progression.The idóneo candidate must possess a strong background in educational leadership, curriculum design, and language teaching methodologies.Key Responsibilities:
- Academic Content Creation: Design, update, and implement cutting-edge curricula, lesson plans, syllabi, and educational materials aligned with international frameworks (e.g., CEFR).
- Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Establish metrics and continuous assessment tools to evaluate the development of students' language skills and implement data-driven improvements.
- Faculty Management & Leadership: Recruit, onboard,



train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the English teaching staff.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all academic programs adhere to both internal institutional standards and official educational regulations.

Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages, Linguistics, Education, or a strictly related field (Degree/Diploma or Professional License preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in academic coordination, teacher supervision, or curriculum development within English language programs.
- Language Proficiency: Near-native or native English level (C1/C2 certified via TOEFL, IELTS, or Cambridge).
- Key Skills: Strong leadership, curriculum mapping, conflict resolution, exceptional communication, and highly organized project management.
