Support Services Group is looking for a high-energy, self-motivated, results-driven Accountant.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree or Technical Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional Experience
- 2–4 years of accounting experience in Mexico, preferably in a corporate or business environment.
- Hands-on experience with accounts payable, vendor invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Experience reviewing and processing invoices and ensuring proper documentation and payment follow-up.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in CONTPAQi / CompaQ accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with spreadsheets, formulas, and financial data.
- Working knowledge of Mexican tax regulations, particularly:
- VAT (IVA)
- Income Tax (ISR)




- General Mexican tax compliance and reporting obligations.
- Basic knowledge of payroll processes and IMSS requirements.

Language
- Fluent or advanced English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.

Soft Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive follow-up skills and the ability to keep track of pending tasks and payments.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with internal teams.
