The Role:

Production Support Specialist role focused on providing
Level 1
IT support for Cart’s Fulfillment‑as‑a‑Service operations. Responsible for troubleshooting production issues,



monitoring system health, executing operational tasks on Linux servers (SSH/CLI), querying production databases, and reviewing code to resolve data and system incidents. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical problem‑solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, startup environment while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.

What You’ll Do:
- Become a recognized technical expert with the Cart product set.
- Work with a team of production support specialists, providing issue resolution and performing troubleshooting.
- Present issues to the team when to address blockers
- Use resourcefulness and quick-thinking to troubleshoot new and critical technical issues
- Consult directly with internal parties on the solutions, aiding in any communication to clients.
