The Head of Supply Chain Management is responsible for leading, planning, coordinating, implementing, and controlling all supply chain activities within the plant to achieve business, operational, and financial targets. This position ensures optimal delivery performance, inventory management, logistics operations, production planning, supplier management, and cost control while maintaining compliance with company standards and customer requirements. The role also drives continuous improvement initiatives, leads the supply chain team, and represents the organization in supply chain matters with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead all supply chain operations including planning, logistics, warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
- Manage supply chain budgets, forecasts, and cost center performance.
- Ensure customer delivery performance and production planning effectiveness.
- Coordinate supplier capacity, material availability, and procurement activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and CBS methodologies.




- Monitor and report key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and coach supply chain personnel while supporting succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, EHS requirements, and ethical labor practices.
- Strong SAP and supply chain systems knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, purchasing, finance, and operations teams.
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Business Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in supply chain and logistics functions.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes, logistics operations, and inventory control.
- Experience in production planning and supplier management.
