Event Staff Required To Run An Event On Thursday 10th Of September inn CDMX

Role Description:
The Event Staff role at Enterprise Edge is a contract, on-site position based in CDMX. Event Staff is responsible for supporting the smooth execution of digital strategy forums, including attendee registration, check-in, and information desk support. Daily tasks include coordinating event materials, assisting speakers and sponsors, guiding guests to sessions, and helping manage room setups and signage. The role also involves providing professional customer service, responding to participant inquiries, and supporting event marketing and engagement activities on-site. Event Staff works closely with the event management team to ensure a high-quality experience for all attendees and partners.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and client-facing skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming and efficient event experience.
- Clear, professional communication abilities, including interpersonal, verbal,



and basic written communication in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience or interest in event planning and on-site event coordination, including logistics, registration, and attendee support.
- Familiarity with event marketing or promotional activities, and comfort engaging with sponsors, vendors, and participants.
- Basic sales or outreach skills, such as engaging attendees, supporting sponsor interactions, and promoting event activities.
- Ability to stand and move around event spaces for extended periods and handle light physical tasks such as setting up materials and signage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in meeting schedules and assigned responsibilities.
- Prior event staffing, hospitality, or conference experience is beneficial; fluency in Spanish and working proficiency in English are preferred.
