A strategic leadership role

Reporting to the Regional CEO and functionally to the Group CFO, you will be responsible for steering the financial governance of multiple sites in Mexico and the U.S., ensuring alignment with the general vision while delivering profitable,



sustainable growth at the regional level. You will act as a business co‑pilot, closely supporting operations, industrial management, and commercial teams to drive both efficiency and strategic foresight in a highly competitive market.

Your mission will encompass the full scope of financial management—accounting, controlling, taxation, treasury, and compliance—while leading initiatives to enhance transparency, streamline processes, and embed financial discipline across diverse entities. You will manage and optimize working capital, ensure reliable performance forecasts, and contribute directly to investment decisions that secure the region’s industrial future.
