Overview
We are looking for new members for our growing cloud engineering team. You will work with various software development teams to automate operational tasks, participate in emergency escalation and troubleshooting, and build new infrastructure. You will work on tasks to improve One Inc's service reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Implement, improve, and support CI/CD pipelines, tools, and processes.
- Evaluate and automate deployment activities to improve scalability and reduce manual effort.
- Investigate and resolve critical/blocker issues; implement preventative measures to reduce recurrence.
- Ensure the reliability and availability of platform services.
- Uphold strict PCI DSS standards for deployment procedures and security.
- Coordinate with software development teams to ensure deployment artifacts and configurations are complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule.
- Create and review knowledge base articles for technical accuracy.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Build Engineer role.
- Hands-on experience with Git, TeamCity,
and Octopus Deploy.
- Working knowledge of MS SQL Server (deployment scripts, basic administration).
- Scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Bash.
- Experience building and packaging .NET applications in CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Preferred Skills:
- Monitoring & Observability: Grafana, Sentry.
- Security & Quality: Snyk, SonarQube.
- Database Migrations: Liquibase or similar tools.
- Cloud: Azure (App Services, AKS, Azure DevOps).
- Background: Development or technical support experience.
