About the Role

As an Order Management Associate, you will help to develop, execute, and monitor Order Management activities for the Central America and Caribbean Accounts. Your work primarily includes Complete order processing,



order tracking, and any international trade operations required to deliver orders B2B/B2C. Additional responsibilities include (but are not limited to) project development, process flow improvement, informational analysis, and critical thinking to communicate with multiple teams and grow the business.

What You Will Do
- OTC (order to cash) order processing.
- Price maintenance in orders
- Provide ETA’s and order-related info to customers
- Provide Territory Managers with Sales order Confirmation and feedback status.
- Follow through with Freight Forwarder/Client Coordination
- Send documentation to customers to solve claim issues.
- Communication with the internal Supply Chain to provide updated information to customers.
- Maintaining business systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Develop new tools for order process improvement.
- Use internal IT systems (Example: Dealer Portal) t
