About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, proactive SDR to fuel the top of our sales funnel. This is not a support role. You will own outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, event lead capture,



and meeting generation for financial institutions and enterprise clients, working side by side with our Sales Director to build a pipeline that converts.

You won't be closing deals on day one, but every meeting you book directly drives revenue you can see and measure. This is the fastest way to learn enterprise fintech sales from the ground up, with a clear path to Account Executive based on performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect and qualify leads through LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), targeting decision makers at banks, SOFOMs, fintechs, and large corporates
- Book qualified discovery meetings for the Sales Director, with a target of 8 to 10 meetings booked per month
- Represent CRiskCo at trade shows and industry events, capturing and following up on leads
- Own CRM hygiene: log every touchpoint, keep pipeline data accurate, and flag hot leads promptly
- Support email nurture campaigns and follow-up
