THE ROLE

We are looking for an analytical and forward-thinking
(Senior) AI Management Consultant




to help clients identify where AI can create meaningful business value and translate those opportunities into tangible outcomes.

This is not a traditional advisory role. We are looking for
AI-native consultants who combine structured problem solving and business acumen with a builder mindset
— using AI as a force multiplier across research, analysis, solution design, and prototyping.

You will work closely with senior client leaders and multidisciplinary teams to move from
business problem → AI opportunity → solution → measurable impact

WHAT YOU WILL DO

AI Strategy & Transformation
- Assess client AI readiness, data maturity, business processes, and operational challenges
- Identify and prioritise AI, automation, and transformation opportunities based on business value and feasibility
- Develop AI strategies, business cases, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans
- Redesign processes and operating models to embed AI effectively into business operations
