The General Financial Specialist:

As our General Financial Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the
financial performance of the business through effective inventory management,
CAPEX control, fixed assets administration, cost accounting, and detailed
spending analysis. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Operations,
Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure accurate financial
reporting, strong internal controls, and actionable insights that drive
operational efficiency and cost optimization. This role requires strong
analytical capabilities, attention to detail, business partnership, and the
ability to independently manage key financial processes while contributing to
continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time Investment Needed on Each

* Support and maintain inventory management processes to ensure accurate
inventory valuation, cycle count compliance, reconciliation activities, and




effective working capital management.
* Monitor inventory transactions and perform detailed analyses to identify
inventory risks, slow-moving inventory, excess and obsolete reserves, and
opportunities for optimization.
* Manage CAPEX tracking and reporting activities, ensuring that capital
expenditure is properly authorized, recorded, monitored, and aligned with
approved budgets and corporate guidelines.
* Maintain accurate fixed asset records, including asset capitalization,
transfers, depreciation, retirements, disposals, and periodic physical
verification activities.
* Perform monthly and ad-hoc analyses of fixed and variable spending,
identifying key business drivers, cost trends, risks, and opportunities to
improve profitability and operational efficiency.
* Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes by preparing
documenting the correct information to support journal entries,
