Kohler Co. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Casting & Molds to provide engineering support to production areas and drive lean improvements. You will monitor metrics, guide maintenance, and develop labor standards while promoting safety, quality and cost reductions.
Idóneo candidates have 1–2 years in manufacturing with lean experience, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and working knowledge of Windows-based software. This onsite role is based in Juárez, Mexico with bilingual preference.
