American IT Sourcing (AITS) is looking for Mid-Senior / Senior Full Stack Software Engineers based in Mexico for a long-term remote engagement supporting a major integral financial-services organization.
We are specifically looking for engineers with strong, recent hands-on experience across both backend and frontend development .
Required experience:
5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong Java
Strong hands-on Spring Boot
REST APIs
AWS
PostgreSQL and/or Oracle
SQL / stored procedures
Automated testing: JUnit, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress or similar
Experience working with international or US-based teams
Highly desirable:
Banking, fintech, payments or financial-services experience
CI/CD
High-volume transactional systems
Important: This is a true Java Full Stack role . Recent, production-level experience with Java + Spring Boot + React + Kafka is essential.
100% remote within Mexico
Initial 12-month engagement with possibility of extension
