Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Corporate Finance Expert to work on a contract basis. The role requires evaluating financial risks, optimizing capital structure, and supporting strategic financial decision-making. You will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize capital allocation and reduce costs.
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess investment opportunities and risk exposures.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators.
• Support mergers and acquisitions activities, including due diligence and valuation assessments.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies while maintaining audit readiness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques is required.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and GAAP/IFRS standards is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Knowledge of corporate finance principles and capital markets is required.
• Experience with ERP systems or financial software is preferred.
