Job Scope

This role requires close collaboration with government agencies and regulatory bodies, managing government relations, interpreting relevant regulations, obtaining license of SOFOM/SOFIPO status and ensuring timely reporting for audits.

Essential Requirements
- Strong regulatory compliance experience within SOFIPO and SOFOM environments.
- Demonstrated Government Relations experience, particularly in dealing with Mexican regulatory authorities and financial sector regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field.
- Experience in SOFIPO/SOFOMs or other financial institutions in Mexico, with solid knowledge of local regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Spanish and English.
