Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen
- Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously, presenting dishes in an appealing and visually pleasing manner
- Anticipate guests' needs and preferences, making recommendations and offering assistance with menu selections as needed
- Monitor tableware, glassware, and utensils to ensure cleanliness and replace items as necessary
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions about the menu, providing information about ingredients and preparation methods, and addressing any concerns or issue
