The position is onsite and based in Mexico City Mexico
SUMMARY
The Sr Analyst HR System Design is a technical HR Systems professional responsible for the hands-on administration configuration maintenance and continuous improvement of HR technology platforms including SAP SuccessFactors and custom system applications
This role serves as a key technical resource within the HR Transformation organization partnering with HR IT and business stakeholders to configure solutions support system enhancements execute testing activities manage releases and maintain system functionality The Lead ensures HR applications operate effectively remain aligned with business requirements and deliver a high-quality user experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Sr Manager HR System Design this role is responsible for supporting designated products within the HR ecosystem and executing activities associated with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Product Administration & Configuration
Perform hands-on configuration and maintenance of HR platforms including SAP SuccessFactors custom applications
- and related HR systems
Configure business rules workflows security roles permissions fields page layouts templates- and system settings based on approved business requirements
Support implementation of new system functionality enhancements integrations- and releases
- Troubleshoot system issues and identify root causes in partnership with technical and business teams
- Execute platform updates and configuration changes in
