We’re looking for an Automotive Technical Trainer

Do you have solid technical experience in the automotive industry
and enjoy sharing knowledge and developing technical talent?

Join an international automotive company and help strengthen the capabilities of our Dealer Network through technical training.

What will you do?

• Design, deliver, and evaluate technical training programs.

• Train technicians on mechanical, electrical, and electronic automotive systems.

• Develop technical training materials, manuals, and practical exercises.

• Support product and technology training for the Dealer Network.

• Track training results, attendance, and follow-up actions.

• Explain complex technical topics in a clear, practical, and engaging way.

What are we looking for?





• Bachelor’s degree in
Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields
.

•
5+ years of experience
in the automotive industry, preferably as a Technical Trainer or in a similar role.

• Experience developing and delivering technical training for different levels of expertise.

•
English: 90%
.

• Strong technical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
