Role Purpose
As a Program Manager, Manufacturing & New Product Introduction, you will lead cross-functional programs supporting new product solutions, manufacturing readiness, capacity expansion, and operational performance. You will coordinate activities across general sites and external partners, ensuring that project plans, technical requirements, resources, milestones, and risks are aligned. Your work will help translate customer and business priorities into effective execution while enabling timely, high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities





Lead cross-functional manufacturing and new product introduction programs focused on quality, flexibility, cycle time, cost, capacity, and delivery performance.
Coordinate process, equipment, supplier, and manufacturing readiness activities across technology, engineering, operations, global manufacturing sites, and external partners.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, action registers, risk assessments, decision logs, and status reports; communicate progress, dependencies, and escalation needs to stakeholders and senior leaders.
Partner with commercial, product management, manufacturing, suppliers, equipment vendors, and customers to align requirements, support business cases, resolve risks, and deliver shared program objectives.
Experiences/Education - Required

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or a related technical discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
