We are looking for a Senior IT Specialist to support and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) within a global logistics environment. This role ensures the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of WMS applications, particularly Blue Yonder/JDA solutions, while collaborating with integral IT and business teams.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for WMS applications, primarily Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher

Manage and coordinate WMS infrastructure components (Oracle DB, Citrix, network, hardware)

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents through ticketing systems

Collaborate with internal IT teams, logistics teams, and external vendors

Support implementation and optimization of warehouse systems

Act as a technical consultant for WMS-related processes and solutions

Ensure system performance, stability,



and high-quality operations

Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Education and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field

Hands-on experience with WMS configuration and infrastructure support

Knowledge of MOCA, DDA, and JDA Integrator

Strong knowledge of SQL

Experience working with ticketing/support systems

Minimal Work Experience:

At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher

Proven experience in the following areas:

WMS infrastructure support

WMS configuration

MOCA / DDA development

JDA Integrator

Experience working with SQL and Oracle databases
