Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents.

Guide applicants through the admissions process.

Process and verify admission applications and supporting documents.

Organize recruitment events, open days, and campus tours.

Represent the institution at education fairs and outreach activities.

Promote the institution through marketing campaigns and social media.

Build relationships with schools, community organizations, and stakeholders.

Maintain accurate applicant records and databases.

Coordinate interviews, entrance examinations, and admissions decisions.

Prepare admissions reports and statistics.

Handle public relations activities to enhance the institution’s reputation.

Collaborate with academic departments and administrative staff.

Ensure compliance with institutional admissions policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in:

Public Relations

Business Administration

Experience:

Entry-level: 1–2 years of experience in admissions, public relations, customer service, marketing, or education administration.

Experience in student recruitment, event coordination, public engagement, or communications is highly desirable.

Familiarity with admissions software, CRM systems, and digital communication platforms is an advantage.
