We are seeking an experienced Agent Builder to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered agents that enhance business operations, automate workflows, and support intelligent decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of business transformation, artificial intelligence, and process optimization, requiring an individual who can translate complex business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions.

As an Agent Builder, you will partner closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, technology teams, and governance partners to create intelligent agents that improve productivity, streamline operations, and deliver measurable business value. You will be responsible for designing agent workflows, configuring prompts and decision frameworks, integrating enterprise data and systems, and ensuring solutions meet quality, compliance, and performance standards.

Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, business process expertise, a passion for emerging AI technologies, and the ability to balance innovation with governance and operational excellence. You will play a key role in shaping how AI capabilities are adopted and scaled across the organization while driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and user feedback.

Design, build, deploy, and optimize AI-powered agents that automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and drive measurable business outcomes.Translate business requirements, operational needs, and strategic objectives into scalable AI agent solutions and intelligent workflows.Define agent capabilities, workflows, decision logic, reasoning paths, escalation models, and performance metrics.Configure prompts, instructions, memory, tools, and contextual frameworks to maximize agent effectiveness and accuracy.Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, business processes, APIs,



and data sources.Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to capture organizational knowledge, business rules, and operational best practices.Transform complex business processes into reusable AI-driven capabilities that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.Design end-to-end workflows that combine AI agents, automation technologies, enterprise systems, and human intervention points.Establish governance, validation mechanisms, guardrails, and monitoring controls to ensure quality, accuracy, compliance, and responsible AI practices.Partner with Technology, Security, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and business teams to support the successful deployment and adoption of AI solutions.Monitor agent performance, user adoption, business impact, quality metrics, and operational efficiency, continuously identifying opportunities for enhancement.Analyze workflow bottlenecks, context limitations, and performance issues, implementing improvements based on data and user feedback.Develop reusable frameworks, standards, and best practices that enable scalable AI adoption across the organization.Support innovation initiatives by identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve business processes and employee experiences.

What you will bring

- Experience working in large, complex, and highly regulated environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, or comparable AI ecosystems.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture, security, privacy, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Experience leading AI, automation, digital transformation, or innovation initiatives.
- Experience delivering AI, automation, or digital transformation solutions within enterprise organizations.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, or comparable AI ecosystems.




- Understanding of enterprise architecture, API integrations, security, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, and process transformation.
