We are seeking a highly skilled Agent Builder to help accelerate the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across the organization by designing, building, and deploying intelligent AI agents that drive measurable business outcomes.

This role sits at the intersection of AI, software engineering, automation, and business transformation, partnering closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and operational leaders to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI-powered solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing intelligent agents capable of executing end-to-end business workflows, integrating with enterprise systems, and continuously improving performance through monitoring, testing, and optimization.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will leverage modern AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), enterprise integrations, and workflow orchestration platforms, to create secure, reliable, and production-ready solutions. You will also contribute to the development of custom business applications, process automation initiatives, and AI-enabled experiences that improve productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency.

Success in this role requires a combination of strong technical expertise, business acumen, and a problem-solving mindset. You should be comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams, engaging directly with stakeholders, and translating business requirements into innovative solutions that align with organizational objectives.

What you will work on

As an Agent Builder, you will design, build, deploy, and continuously optimize AI-powered agents that automate workflows, augment decision-making, and drive measurable business outcomes. You will work at the intersection of business operations, artificial intelligence, and process transformation, translating organizational knowledge and business objectives into scalable AI solutions.

Design and Build AI AgentsTranslate business requirements and strategic objectives into AI agent capabilities and workflows.Define agent purpose, scope, success criteria, and performance metrics.Design workflows including task orchestration, reasoning paths, decision logic, exception management, and escalation processes.Configure prompts, instructions, memory, tools, and contextual frameworks to optimize agent performance.Build, test, deploy, and maintain AI agents using approved platforms and technologies.Integrate agents with enterprise systems, APIs, data sources, applications, and business processes.Encode Knowledge and Decision LogicCollaborate with subject matter experts to capture institutional knowledge, business rules, and best practices.Transform complex processes and decision frameworks into reusable agent capabilities.Ensure outputs align with organizational standards for quality, accuracy, consistency, compliance, and customer experience.Orchestrate Intelligent WorkflowsDesign end-to-end workflows that combine AI agents, automation technologies, enterprise systems, and human intervention points.Determine when agents can operate autonomously and when human review, approval,



or escalation is required.Create scalable operating models that enable seamless collaboration between humans and AI.Ensure Quality, Governance, and Responsible AIDefine quality standards for agent outputs, including accuracy, completeness, reliability, and compliance.Implement testing frameworks, guardrails, validation mechanisms, and monitoring controls.Collaborate with Technology, Security, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure responsible AI deployment and governance.Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, regulatory, and ethical AI standards.Monitor, Optimize, and ScaleTrack agent performance across adoption, business impact, quality, throughput, and cost-efficiency metrics.Identify and resolve performance issues, workflow bottlenecks, context limitations, and failure patterns.Continuously iterate and improve agent capabilities based on user feedback and operational insights.Document reusable frameworks, patterns, and best practices to accelerate enterprise-wide AI adoption.

What you will bring

AI and Technical ExpertiseStrong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, context management, and agent behavior design.Knowledge of agentic AI architectures, including planning, reasoning, memory, autonomy, and tool orchestration.Experience building AI agents using agent frameworks, orchestration platforms, or enterprise AI solutions.Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, indexing strategies, and retrieval optimization.Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems through APIs, webhooks, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT), and event-driven architectures.Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP), structured outputs, tool calling, and enterprise AI governance frameworks.Software Development and AutomationHands-on experience with Python, TypeScript, or similar programming languages.Experience developing production-grade automations and integrations using enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform.Experience designing and building Power Automate workflows, approvals, notifications, and business process automation using premium connectors.Experience creating custom applications with Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.Familiarity with modern front-end development frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar technologies.AI Operations and Production DeploymentExperience deploying AI solutions into production environments with a focus on reliability, scalability, observability, and maintainability.Knowledge of testing methodologies, evaluation frameworks, monitoring tools, and performance optimization techniques.Ability to measure and improve:Technical performance (accuracy, reliability, response quality, processing time)Operational performance (user experience, workflow effectiveness,
