The Global Markets Team is responsible for driving enterprise growth through internationalization and strengthening Singapore’s position in integral trade. The team works closely with internal and external stakeholders to build global linkages and advance Singapore’s broader geopolitical and economic objectives.

The Assistant Office Manager / Office Manager is part of the team at Enterprise Singapore’s Mexico City Overseas Centre. The Assistant Office Manager / Office Manager will work with the Regional Director to play a key part in driving effective centre administration and supporting operational activities for stakeholder engagement.

Administration

- Support work related to the daily administration of the Centre, including accounting and bookkeeping, budgeting and financial management, monitoring of expense utilisation, and management of rental, deposits, and renewal of licences and bank accounts.
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, inventories, and assets to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Operational Support for Stakeholder Engagement Activities

- Support work related to the coordination and execution of company visits by internal stakeholders and Singapore businesses, including logistical and administrative arrangements.
- Carry out any other administrative and operational duties as assigned to ensure overall effectiveness of the Centre.

What You’ll Be Using and Applying

- Experience in office administration, with a foundational background in business management and/or administration.




- Ability to apply administrative and financial management practices, including basic accounting/ bookkeeping, budgeting and vendor coordination in a work setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders with spoken and written English.
- Ability to apply Microsoft Word and Excel in a work setting.
- Attention to detail and timeliness in managing tasks, alongside the ability to problem-solve, remain resourceful and adapt to changing operational needs.
- Professional tact and discretion when handling external stakeholders and sensitive information.
